Kelliann's is a true neighborhood bar on Spring Garden Street — Eagles jerseys on the walls, a full menu of above-average pub food, and one of the friendlier crowds in Philly.
On St Patrick's Day it opens early for Irish breakfast and runs specials all day. It's a great low-key alternative to the Center City party if you're staying in Fairmount, Spring Garden, or Francisville.
The wings are excellent. So is the burger. The Guinness pour is honest.
