Paddy Whacks Irish Sports Pub — South Street
South Street's Irish sports pub and an Erin Express staple.
Paddy Whacks on South Street is the flagship of the local Paddy Whacks group — a genuine Irish sports bar with 30+ TVs, a solid wing program, and a proper Guinness tap.
On the Erin Express, it's a check-in stop for the South Street leg of the crawl. On St Patrick's Day itself, it opens early, runs Irish breakfast until noon, and pivots to full party mode by 1pm.
It's also one of the best rooms in the city for a Sunday Premier League match — three big screens visible from any barstool.
Erin Express check-in stop. Doors around 11am–12pm on the Saturday and Sunday of the crawl. Get a wristband here, then hit Cavanaugh's Headhouse two blocks east.
Philadelphia's longest-running St Patrick's Day bar crawl. 30+ bars, free cover, free t-shirts.
